Jade: Are you asking about men in general, or a certain man in particular? Because I can help you with the one, but not the other— I've never been able to figure him out.
Kathy: Well, it's just... I'm trying so hard, and he... I'm starting to think he doesn't like me.
Jade: My dear, you now may be able to understand the problem that underlies all relations between male and female Crocutans. Do you want to know what guyenas want? I will show you—
Kathy: That's okay, just tell me about it, I'm good with that!
B: Fuzzles
Jade: Whoo's a good boy—? Yoo are! YOO are! You're such a good boy! So strong and brave!
Sfx: skritch skritch skritch
Kathy: Um— whut?
Jade: That is what guyenas want. Praise. Affirmation. To know that they have value to you. I could never understand why you Crocutan women treat your men so poorly, when they will work harder, fight longer, and literally die for one kind word from you. And then you complain that they have 'discipline problems.' If you treat someone like trash, you should not be surprised when they act like trash.
