A: She Trusts Me Too Much
Kathy: Well, let's try to enjoy ourselves anyway—
Fred: Oh— I don't have time for this!
Kathy: You don't have time to have lunch with your fiancée—?
Fred: That's not what I meant— look. I am Adjutant to Her Grace, which means I am in charge of running this household. I have just about all I can do to make sure this banquet tonight comes off without a hitch. I know Her Grace trusts me to make sure that she looks good— I just wish that wasn't such a big job!
B: This Is "Relaxed"
Kathy: Well, maybe this is her way of saying, "Relax, Lieutenant, take a load off!"
Fred: Oh... all right.
(Fred sits, with a stiff upright posture, drumming his fingers on the table)
Sfx: tap tap tap tap tap tap tap
Sfx: tap tap tap tap tap tap
Kathy: You have no idea what that means, do you?
Fred: After ten years of running this madhouse, no.
Kathy: Well, let's try to enjoy ourselves anyway—
