(Fred watches Kathy leave with her bodyguards)
Fred (thinking): Well, there she goes— getting her first tast of what it's like to live here... back to her new gilded cage... *sigh...*
(Back inside his hut)
Fred: Now for a nice cuppa— oh, drat— that blasted thing is still up there!
Sfx: SQUEAKY... SQUEAKY... SQUEAKY... SQUEAKY...
Fred: This... is... so... much... more... difficult... to do... alone!
(The night guard, on patrol, passes by Fred's hut again, still frowning)
B: Not The Scariest Thing Out There
Dixie: Please, Mistress, understand that we are here to keep you safe— In the future, Ma'am, don't try to go off alone— take one of us along.
Lara: While you are a guest of Her Grace, you are not free to go wherever you wish— t'ain't safe to be out at night. Ain't no tellin' who might be lurkin' in the darkness. An' it won't always be us!
