Vigilanti: SONGWEEN—! Who are all those people marching with her—? She has no army!
Songween: Unless I miss my guess, those are Clan Grrsn's Bloodmoon Hunters... the crew of the Loweza... the MP's... the better part of Blood and Bone... and apparently half the Household Guard. And some hookers.
B: End Run Around The Rules
Guilia: Songween! It is against the rules to order your troops to march with her— that is playing favourites!
Songween: There's nothin' in the rules against givin' 'em the day off! Besides, I didn't order 'em to do squat! They're down there because they want to march with her! They believe in her! The people of Kiyanti have chosen their next Duchess!
Fred (whispering): Your duplicity is truly breathtaking, Madame.
Songween (whispering): Old age and treachery, m'boy, old age and treachery!
