Sandy: You let them call you "Gramma?"
Songween: Yeah. They're kids. And as wards of the State, I'm pretty much the only family they've got.
OrphanCub: You're preddy. Will you be my mommy?
(Sandy picks up and hugs the cub)
Sandy: D'aw-ww-www-www!
B: Cheaper By The Dozen
OrphanWrangler: I'm sorry, Ma'am— he should not be bothering you—
Sandy: It's okay. Don't some of these pups have fathers who could care for them?
OrphanWrangler: Fathers have no parental rights here... There's a movement to have unwed fathers recognised, but it's not got much traction. And most guys can't handle the responsibility. Sadly, for the most part, cubs like these are... byproducts.
Sandy: They sure are cute...
OrphanWrangler (writing on clipboard): How many can we put you down for—?
