A: Accepting Charity Is Not Scavenging
(The MPs depart)
Kathy: I'm gettin' a little tired of bein' called a "caste-off..."
Fred: It's a derogatory term for civilian hyenas who wear Western attire. Brigadiers look down on them as not being proud enough to wear native clothing. That they accepted foreign hand-outs.
Kathy: Aren't hyenas supposed to be scavengers...?
Fred: I don't make the rules. Yet.
B: With. A. Spoon.
Capt. Scarlett (on the phone): Yes, Madame, I... Yes, I understand. I will have my desk cleaned out in the morning, Madame. Th-thank... you.
Capt. Scarlett (to the other MPs): Alright, her story checks out. We are to release her with profuse apologies. We are to abase ourselves before her for a full five minutes. Orders of the Duchess.
Capt. Scarlett: She also said that if I ever call her after bedtime again, she'll eat my pancreas.
