Fred: Wait, Your Grace— there's something else...
Fred: If you were to be elected Empress—
Fred: —there would be no limits on your power!
Kathy: But I don't want to be Empress!

Kathy: Are you kidding me? The Brigade would never stand for the sort of Empress I would make!
Fred: The Brigade was founded by the sort of Empress you would make.
