Fred: Our equatorial position is ideal for launching rockets— I have a plan for a spaceport that will serve as the commercial hub for all of Africa, and pull Rackenroon out of its financial hole—
Kathy: We'd build roads, bridges, and airports— set up industrial parks and thinkubators—
Fred: We could open schools, libraries—
Kathy: —theatres, sporting events, to peacefully channel aggression—
Fred: Yes! Yes! By Djarro, I think you've got it!

Fred: Ha ha ha ha— Yes! Exactly! Once they have diversions outside of warfare, they just might learn to appreciate all the things you and I—
Fred: *ehem—!* —what you and I already know.
Kathy: Seems like we could make a pretty good team, Louie!
Fred: Yes. Yes, I think we could...
