A: ...But They're OURS!
Kathy: Oh, no—! The guys are in trouble! We've got to go help them!
LadyVormanga: What for? They're just some lowly troopers!
Sandy: They're not "just some lowly troopers—" they're our troopers! They escorted us to Kiyanti— we have to go bail them out!
Songween: No. You're Royal sheyenas now. We have staff for that.
B: In The Glasshouse
Fred (soaking in bathtub): It's like I never left... no "Thank you, Lieutenant, for risking your life to bring my great-granddaughters safely through a hundred miles of trackless wilderness filled with homicidal maniacs out to kill you." Not even "Take the rest of the day off to rest and relax." No. It's "GET BACK TO WORK!" What a day—!
Fred: What I really wonder, is why my mother hasn't come looking for me... the tracking device on my phone must have gone dead by now. She should have come storming up here, frantic, with a massive search party in tow...
(Future Fred, still with shorn mane, is having tea with his mother)
FutureFred: Thank you for replacing my phone, Mother. I am terribly sorry that I lost the other one while out on maneuvers manoevres—
Lucretia: You should be more careful, Usiku— those things aren't cheap. And whathair?
