Horn: I mean, I can sort of understand... it's not like it's his fault, exactly... he's been betrothed to the Heir ever since he was a baby, so he never could be a "normal" guyena... he's kinda been raised in isolation, groomed for his role... everything he did was dictated by protocol... and personally, I think he's terrified of the others—
Kathy: Wait— "others?!" There are "OTHERS?!!"
Horn: Well, yeah— the Duchess' great-grand-nieces. Until Macho Nne— er, Fred— until he discovered you existed, he expected to have to marry one or the other of them. And they're BIG girls; they'd have snapped him like a twig—!
Sfx: SNAP!
Kathy: He lied to me!
