Fred: Ma'am, would you like me to—
Kathy: I GOT THIS! HRRN! HRRRNNNNN! I... got... this...
Fred: Murphy— would you help Miss Kathy with the kettleball?
(Murphy picks up and carries both Kathy and the kettleball)
B: And I Ain't Dead Yet!
Fred: I should not have expected you to be able to jump straight into cross-training cold. Let's begin with some warm-up stretches.
(Kathy stretches; Koz ogles her posterior)
Fred: Koz— shouldn't you be on your sleep shift right now?
Koz: I'll sleep when I'm dead, Sir!
Fred: That can be arranged!
