A: We Were Wondering
Fred: My father's hobby is robotics. He had one of his companies build this travelling trunk to his precise specifications.
Fred: It has a built-in homing beacon, so it can never be lost, and it responds only to my own vocal patterns. It had to be adjusted as I matured, of course. It has served me well through all my school days, and kept my possessions safe over the course of my military career.
Fred: It's also how I was able to get you into the car when I kidnapped you.
Kathy: I was wondering how you managed that!
B: Christmas Presence
Fred: I was at boarding school— it was my first Christmas away from home. I awoke to find this magnificent box at the foot of my bed...
Fred: It was filled with toys and books and clothes and sweets— everything a little boy hyena could possibly want—
Kathy: Sounds like they gave you wonderful Christmas presents!
Fred: I would have preferred their Christmas presence.
C:
Fred: This is a bad fit, Ma'am.
Kathy: Oh, c'mon—! YOu can do it! Let me hear a jolly "Ho-Ho-Ho!"
Mzzkiti: How'd he get to be Santa?
Florence: He had the red jacket.
Jenny: Maybe if she sat on his lap...?
