Kathy: I'm sorry... I was rude...
Jade: You must not apologize. I know no self-respecting sheyena would be caught dead in my house, which is why I offered it to The Lieutenant, and why he accepted— no spies to worry you.
Kathy: Thanks. It was just such a shock—
Jade: I am sure it was. Your reaction is not a novel one, for people who first meet me. I am used to it.
Kathy: But you're a Princess! How'd you get to be a— a—
Jade: "Joie de Fille?"
Jade: May I come in?
