Oh, Sandy—! I gotta get out of this! I can't imagine being roped into a loveless marriage with a man who treats me like a porcelain statue or something! I'm just an investment to him!
I don't even know him! I mean, he's polite and all, but what's he really like? It's been two months, and we've gone on one date— and that was when he escorted me to Gramps' band's concert!
I don't think he actually cares for me at all. The only emotion I've ever seen out of him has been irritation... or fear!
