Auldwuff: So how did you decide to convert to Judaism, Hsu?
Hsu: Well, when I was a young bear growing up in Brooklyn, I was seeking... ah, guidance? Rebellion? Assimilation? Who knows now? I was the only Chinese kid in my neighborhood, I wanted to fit in. My parents didn't understand, but eventually they accepted it. There's really not that much difference between the faith of my ancestors and Judaism...
Hsu: ...Torii gates, Torah scrolls... braids funny hats, lots of bowing and nasal chanting... it's not a big jump.
