Arfur: Well, I heard about this government program called the "Neuter Deal..."
Arfur: If you volunteer to get yourself fixed, they'll give you $10,000 and five years' tax amnesty. My friend Lorenzo says that neutering doesn't affect your desire, just your ability to have offspring, so my social life might actually improve. Plus, if I'm neutered, it'll get Mom off my back about finding a suitable mate and settling down. It sounds pretty good to me. What do you think? Kath—? You still there?
Sfx: KRAK!
