Teena: I don't know what to do about your brother—! It's like he has no motivation... no goals... Your brother thinks we should just eat him and be done with it. But I'm not ready to give up on him... yet... everything I say just falls on deaf ears though... the boy just tunes me out...
Teena: Maybe if you talked to him...
Kathy: Oh, c'mon, Mom—!
Kathy: ...Arfur and I haven't had anything to talk about since the third grade! I hardly know him anymore!
Teena: But you're his older sister! He looks up to you as a role model! He'll listen to what you say!
Kathy: In that case, it should be Sandy that talks to him— after all, she's the eldest, she could—
Kathy: Oh, never mind. Where's Arf—?
Teena: Maybe if you talked to him...
Kathy: Oh, c'mon, Mom—!
